Quality Policy

“Titan D” Limited is involved in recruitment and employment of security personnel. A key way to achieve this is by operating a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

Customer focus

“Titan D” Limited ensures that Customers receive required services at the right time and in good quality. To make this happen, our organization applies best practices, high corporate values and time-proved business standards which all together lead to our full understanding of Customer’s requirements and the ability to do our utmost to raise Customer’s satisfaction.

We are committed to conducting effective analysis of Customer’s requirements, consider Customer’s feedback and deal with each Customer complaint to ensure satisfaction is maintained.

Leadership

Top management is committed to the following:

  • Take accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality Management system;

  • Ensure the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives are established for the Quality Management system and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organization. Quality objectives have been set and are maintained as part of the Quality Management system’s internal auditing, monitoring and management review processes, in order to enhance customer satisfaction;

  • Promote the use of a process approach and system approach;

  • Ensure that the resources needed for the Quality Management system are available, including safe working environment, training, support, encouragement, coupled with the knowledge and information necessary to safe execution of our work;

  • Communicate the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the Quality Management system requirements;

  • Ensuring that the Quality Management system achieves its intended results;

  • Determine roles and responsibilities to contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management system;

  • Promote continual improvement;

  • Support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility;

  • Establish partnerships with suppliers and interested parties to provide an improved product or service.

Involvement of personnel

The most effective way to achieve quality is by involving personnel across all levels of the organization.  Everyone contributes to the success of an organisation and has a part to play in it, as well as a responsibility for quality.

“Titan D” Limited is responsible to ensure that its personnel performing work affecting conformity to service requirements shall be competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience.

Continual improvement

“Titan D” Limited always aims to do better.

We set as one of our primary objectives to continually improve our Quality Management system by addressing opportunities for such improvement and mitigating risks that can affect conformity of services. We believe that long-term business success of “Titan D” Limited is based on our ability to continually improve the quality of our services while raising personnel competency and protecting their rights and needs.

“Titan D” Limited is committed to meet all applicable statutory, regulatory and other requirements. This Policy will be communicated to all employees working for or on our behalf. We ensure the availability of this Policy to all interested parties, upon reasonable request. This Policy covers all activities and operations of “Titan D” Limited within the “Titan D” operation scope in Republic of Azerbaijan. This Policy will be reviewed annually by top management and where deemed necessary will be amended and re-issued.
